In summer 2019 VICAAR Company Ltd. was involved in the organization and undertaking of the scientific expedition in the Arctic on the ivory gull population count on Severnaya Zemlya and on the Kara Sea islands. Two Mi-8 helicopters of KrasAvia were chartered to do the flights. VICAAR has been operating in the polar regions since 1991 to provide full logistic support to sport and scientific expeditions, film crews, and technical projects. More information here (in Russian)
